Here in Ottawa, Ontario, we’ve been having rather unusual weather. This week, the sun has been shining and there’s a warm breeze passing through the city. Spring has been on everyone’s mind, and I thought that featuring bouquets that are perfectly designed for that funny transition between winter and spring would be appropriate.
