Justyna Baraniecki just debuted her first engagement shoot on her own, and I am quite impressed. It shouldn’t come as a surprise though. She typically acts as Joel Bedford‘s second shooter and studio manager (and muse – she’s an incredible model). From her experience founding and editing her own online culture-themed magazine, to her work styling and art directing for numerous commercial and editorial shoots, it seems like the natural progression of Justyna’s career is leaning towards styling and shooting glamorous and timeless weddings. Personally, I think this engagement session is flawless.

Amanda and Jeff entered our Facebook giveaway and won an engagement shoot with us. The two are high school sweethearts and are looking forward to their October wedding. The experience was amazing – Amanda had never had her hair and make-up done before! We wanted to do a casual look to get them used to having their photo taken and then we set up a magical winter picnic in a more formal setting. The picnic was decorated with cupcakes, hot chocolate and fancy flowers. Amanda and Jeff were so natural in front of the camera, it was a breeze to shoot them.
