Part Two of the Natural Beauty Inspiration Shoot, as seen on WedLuxe Magazine.
Le Belvédère is a large space with high ceilings, gorgeous poured concrete floors, and 85 feet of windows overlooking the snowcapped hills and filling the room with warm, natural light. We brought Spring inside, even though the snow was still thick from the previous day’s storm.
The head table was surrounded by four birch trees, which were filled with plush greenery and roses. Soft gold with grayed jade accents shone through in the place settings and invitation suite. The 15 feet of tablescape sprawling across the table was filled with beautiful white roses, seeded eucalyptus, sweet peas, anemones and more.
Our bride, adorned in two stunning Monique Lhuillier tulle skirts layered atop one another, wore an elegant crown of cluster roses and sweet peas. Hair and make-up were naturally inspired to look soft and angelic, and when placed in a setting of snow and mountains, she looked ethereal.
The décor used were antique specialties, including a 100-year-old teacart featured with a vintage mirrored gold tray and brandy vases. Highlighting the organic theme were the favors, teardrop shaped glass terrariums filled with sage, moss and pebbles. The cake, a masterpiece of grayed jade, herbs, sugar flowers and gold accents, could not have looked better on its ornate gold cake stand. Capturing the whole scene on film was the only way to go.
We hope you love the soft, subtleness of this shoot as much as we did creating it.
