When I saw this sweet engagement session on Anne-Marie Bouchard’s blog, I was completely taken at how intimate the pictures are and how beautiful the scenery is. It is as though they had no idea they were being captured on film and were simply enjoying being alone and in love walking alongside the creek. I really love how casual and familiar they are with each other, and how striking they look against the greenery.

Cold spring water? Sure we’ll get in it. Mosquitoes and black flies? We don’t care.

Sophie laughed her way through each frame and Stephan admired her like you dream of in fairytales. They had their first date here and it was the perfect setting for their engagement session. I can’t wait for these two to be married this weekend. It’s sure to be a tear-filled, love-fest at Le Belvedere, just as it should be.
