Our Creative Director will curate the look and feel of your wedding within 5 meetings. (1): We have a “getting to know you” meeting. (2) We pitch three tailored design concepts to choose from. (3) We build on your favourite concept and get really detailed about everything from colours, layout, food, florals, stationery, music, fashion, and more. (4) We create a digital 3D model of your reception so you can “walk” through your wedding and see the design come to life. (5) We then prepare a quote with a list of every item you’ll need to complete the look, so you’ll be well on your way to a beautiful wedding. With the design boards, 3D rendering and all the detailed list of decor required, we’re essentially giving you the blueprints to your wedding. Call us Wedding Architects. $875

Planning

If you’d rather binge-watch Netflix than review the catering contract, we’re here to help with all the planning behind the scenes.

After years of offering full-service planning, we found that it’s not usually what our clients actually need. They didn’t need someone to do literally everything for them, they just needed a lot of guidance, expertise, referrals and someone to bounce ideas off and get advice from. So we’ve modified how we approach planning now. Our Planning Team will customize your budget, checklist, timeline and floor plan, then give you access to our beautiful planning software. We’ll chat every month, give you all of the referrals for vendors you need and all our recommendation throughout the entire planning process, but it’s your responsibility to do the legwork and update the software. For example: we give you three referrals for photographers that would be perfect for your style and budget, but you to set up the meeting to book them. We’ll coach you through what to ask, what package makes the most sense and review the contract with you too. We just don’t want to be the weird middle man anymore. It’s like having a best friend/wedding expert on speed-dial. $1000

Coordination

Don’t make your bridesmaids work on the wedding day. If you’re questioning your Aunt’s “eye for design” or don’t want all your hard work put into the hands of some random person, let us run the show for you, professionally.

The month of the wedding is extremely challenging for most couples, but with bi-monthly check-in calls through the planning process and full access to our planning software that’s fully loaded with all our pro tools, we’ll get you out of your current Excel spreadsheets so you’ll be way more comfortable doing the planning on your own. 30 days before your wedding, you’ll meet with our Coordination Team who will take over from there. We finalize the timeline, send it to your vendors and wedding party, run final confirmations with your vendors, lead your Rehearsal, and run the wedding day. We’re typically there from 10am to just after the dance party starts. If you have decor that needs to be set up or torn down, we’ll take care of that too! $1,495+

Garden-style, loose, dreamy florals are our forté. Our team of in-house florists create everything from bouquets and centrepieces to full-scale installations.

Our in-house floral designers are known for loose, romantic arrangements featuring lush greenery, local flowers, unique textures and amazing colour theory. We create everything from all your bouquets and boutonnieres to the centrepieces, ceremony arrangements, installations and more. Prices vary based on final designs, availability, size of the wedding, requirements and location/s.
